In 1998, Time Real Estate & Development was formed on the notion that our professionals are here to help save our clients money.

Founder Daniel C. Griffee first started working in real estate in 1972. After working for many of the big-name real estate companies, he founded US Real Estate & Development, the group which ran a large part of the Draper South Mountain Project and Parade of Homes in the late 90s.
